Responsibilities and Duties:

- Search and find potential clients in the market and present available properties to them.
- Should be able to maintain and bring in clients to build our company’s client data base.
- Should understand the workings of the real estate market.
- Should be up to date with market price fluctuation, new properties, etc.
- Should provide weekly updates regarding client data base growth.
- Should be willing to perform any other sales related duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Key Skills:

- 0-3 years experience in Dubai with a real estate firm or a developer.
- A Bachelors Degree with attested certificate is a must.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English is compulsory (Any other Middle-Eastern or European language is a plus).
- Proactive and determined in their search for potential clients.
- Self-Motivated and aggressive in their search for buyers and sellers.
- Flexibility in working hours as per business needs.
- _U.A.E driving license is a must. _
- Company visa can be provided. _

You are eligible for a good percentage of the commission if the deal is closed with a client for the company.

Location : Our office is located in Dubai Silicon Oasis

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
