**الوصف الوظيفي**
KEY RESULTS ACCOUNTABILITIES
Establish systems and procedures at all levels to Inspection functions to meet or exceed internal and external
customers' needs and expectations.
Issue stop-orders to any Company working in the Right Of Way.
Act as a leader in the development of a consistent right of way program designed to strengthen
communications and cooperation among traffic engineering, project management, traffic services and
inspection services staff.
Develop and maintain Quality Management System (QMS) and Implement technical and administrative
systems in the directorate including preparing and monitoring the yearly internal quality audit schedule,
controlling all QMS documentation within the directorate, monitoring customer satisfaction/feedback and
KPIs.
Assign penalties for unauthorized restrictions and closures as per the Terms defined in the document of roles
and responsibilities and definition of liabilities.
Manage the daily controlling of the companies which utilize the right of way as storage as well as unused
vehicles to ensure the compliance and provide the necessary permissions.
Perform other responsibilities associated with this position when appropriate.
Plan temporary traffic control for large construction projects to minimize traffic conflicts.
Receive and respond effectively to requests, suggestions and complaints from customer service, call centre
and/or public concerning stakeholders and all services provided, manage the input data and submit relevant
reports.
Supervise and implement questioners for the directorate customer survey, ensure that customer surveys are
carried out periodically and the results have been communicated to all concerned and records maintained.
The survey findings are analyzed, discussed and appropriate corrective actions are taken to enhance customer
satisfaction.
Develop right of way inspection plans by setting numeric goals and key initiatives to achieve these goals based
on current and expected performance within specifications.
Manage to issue regular inspection reports to the director with attached statistical data and recommendations
and make sure that all necessary actions have been taken.
Provide leadership and management to assigned functions, departments & projects includes traffic services,
NOC, and inspection management.
Develop budgets, schedules, and action plans for the various elements of cross functional project
Carrying out field visits for quality check and inspection of projects and road defects.
Ensure the daily and regularly control and follow up violation in all locations in order to take necessary actions
according to local orders and directions.
Manage and monitor the system established by the Authority regarding the amounts of violation and imposed
duties, and to coordinate with concerned for the purpose of collecting these amounts.

Education
Bachelor degree in Structural /Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
