**Sales and Admin Coordinator Job Description**
**Sales Responsibilities**:
- **Daily Deal Management**:
- Review daily deals from the Social Media lead sheet.
- Call potential clients in the morning to schedule trials and persuade them to register their children.
- **Social Media Interaction**:
- Monitor messages from Instagram and Facebook to generate additional leads.
- Respond to lead messages from WhatsApp, encouraging parents to enroll their children.
- **Lead Reporting**:
- Develop a weekly report detailing registered, departed, and anticipated enrollments.
- Engage with the archived list to attract returning clients with new offers or announce upcoming activities.
**Admin Responsibilities**:
- **On-Site Presence**:
- Be present at the training facility from 4 pm to 9 pm.
- **Facility Management**:
- Ensure the facility is well-organized.
- Monitor coach punctuality.
- **Parental Interaction**:
- Welcome parents and ensure each student arrives on time.
- Handle new student registrations and maintain attendance records.
- **Communication and Coordination**:
- Provide new students with training plans and necessary tools via WhatsApp.
- Ensure discipline within the Academy, ensuring every student departs with their parents.
- **Follow-Up Communication**:
- Send follow-up messages to parents for payment renewals and communicate any upcoming notifications.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Proven experience in sales and administration.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
- Proficient in social media platforms.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Understanding of child development and sports training is a plus.
- Fluency in multiple languages is an advantage.
**Working Hours**:
- Flexible hours, with a presence required from 4 pm to 9 pm.
- Additional hours may be necessary based on business needs.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
**Salary**: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 40 - 45 per week
