Secretary / Document Controller(Female)

Responsibilities:
- Secretarial and Document Control
- Establish and maintain an organized documentation system.
- Record Keeping and Collaborate with team members to facilitate the smooth flow of document-related processes.
- Distributing documents to the relevant people, departments or organizations, and letting them know when they need to take action on a document as part of a process
- Managing the Project Logs for all materials submittals, samples and drawings
- Keen managing for Outlook mail box
- Distribute project-related copies to internal teams
- Updating and maintaining document management systems and physical records.
- Knowledge in Vendor/Supplier Portal Registration
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Document Controller, with a specific focus on archiving.
- In-depth knowledge of archiving best practices and document management systems.
- Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
- Familiarity with relevant legal and compliance standards.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Work background in civil and landscaping
