**Job Title: OFFICE ASSISTANT CUM BARISTA**
**Job Purpose **The role combines administrative responsibilities with barista duties, providing an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys both organizational tasks and crafting exceptional beverages.
**Responsibilities & Duties**
**Office Assistant Responsibilities**:
1. **Administrative Support**:
- Assist in general office tasks, including filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
2. **Scheduling and Coordination**:
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments, meetings, and events.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations as needed.
3. **Documentation and Record Keeping**:
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records, including contracts, invoices, and other important documents.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as required.
4. **Customer Service**:
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, visitors, and team members.
- Address inquiries and assist with information requests.
**Barista Responsibilities**:
1. **Beverage Preparation**:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.
- Ensure quality control in beverage preparation, including accurate measurements and presentation.
2. **Customer Interaction**:
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in choosing beverages or snacks.
- Take customer orders and process transactions accurately.
3. **Maintaining Cleanliness**:
- Keep the coffee bar and seating area clean and well-maintained.
- Monitor and restock coffee and snack supplies as needed.
4. **Product Knowledge**:

- Stay informed about coffee varieties, brewing methods, and menu items.
- Make recommendations to customers based on their preferences.
**Educational & Work Experience**:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in an office assistant or administrative role is preferred.
- Experience as a barista or in a similar customer service role is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on providing high-quality service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience as BARISTA in home country is an advantage
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
