**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate closely with architects, designers, engineers, and project managers to understand project requirements, objectives, and specifications.
- Utilize CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD) to create detailed 2D drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details for interior fit-out projects.
- Develop 3D models and renderings of interior spaces using 3D modeling software (e.g., SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max), incorporating architectural, MEP, and joinery elements.
- Integrate Civil, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), and Joinery components into comprehensive design drawings, ensuring coordination and compatibility across disciplines.
- Interpret architectural and engineering drawings, sketches, and specifications to produce accurate and high-quality drawings for construction and installation.
- Coordinate with MEP engineers, structural engineers, and other consultants to incorporate MEP systems, structural elements, and joinery details into interior fit-out designs.
- Ensure that drawings comply with building codes, regulations, and industry standards, including (DM, DCD, DEWA, SEWA, ADCD, ADDC, ADM, and other local authorities as well as Community Managements )requirements and sustainability guidelines.
- Collaborate with subcontractors and vendors to obtain technical information, specifications, and material data for incorporation into drawings and plans.
- Participate in design review meetings, providing input and feedback on design concepts, technical solutions, and constructability issues.
- Conduct site visits and surveys to assess existing conditions, verify dimensions, and identify potential challenges or opportunities.
- Prepare and maintain drawing sets, including organizing, labeling, and updating drawings throughout the design and construction phases.
- Stay informed about emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in interior design, drafting software, and construction methodologies.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior draftsmen, assisting with skill development and project execution as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a draftsman in the interior fit-out or architectural industry, with a focus on commercial or high-end residential projects.
- Proficiency in CAD software, particularly AutoCAD, for 2D drafting and detailing.
- Advanced knowledge of 3D modeling software such as SketchUp, Revit, or 3ds Max for creating detailed interior models and renderings.
- Strong understanding of Civil, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), and Joinery works, with the ability to integrate these components into interior fit-out designs.
- Experience in producing detailed construction drawings, including architectural, MEP, and joinery drawings.
- Thorough knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction practices related to interior fit-out projects.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work within established timelines.
- Leadership skills and the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
