**Responsibilities**:

- Operate JCB Backhoe Loader safely and efficiently.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment.
- Follow safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
- Transport materials and load/unload trucks as required.
- Work with the team to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
- Report any equipment issues or maintenance needs to the supervisor.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience operating JCB Backhoe Loader machine.
- Valid operator's license and certifications.
- Strong knowledge of equipment safety protocols.
- Ability to perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on equipment.
- Physical fitness to work in outdoor environments and perform heavy lifting.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable and punctual.
