Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement PEO-specific business development strategies to achieve company goals and objectives
- Identify and pursue new PEO business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products, and services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key PEO clients and partners
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product development, and operations, to achieve PEO business objectives
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about PEO industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Develop and deliver PEO-specific presentations and proposals to prospective clients
- Negotiate PEO contracts and agreements with clients and partners
- Monitor and report on PEO-specific business development activities and results
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
Proven track record of successful business development and sales experience in the PEO industry.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills specific to the PEO industry.
Experience in PEO or recruitment market research, analysis, and strategy development.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
In-depth knowledge of the PEO industry, market, and competitors.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
**Salary**: AED12,000.00 - AED14,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
