Carpentry Supervisor

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of carpenters and apprentices.
- Oversee daily operations in the workshop, including managing workflow and assigning tasks.
- Ensure all carpentry work is completed to the highest standards and in compliance with safety regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections of operations to maintain quality control.
- Plan and schedule projects, manage resources, and track progress to meet deadlines.
- Maintain and manage inventory of carpentry tools and materials.
- Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on the job site.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role in a carpentry environment.
- Solid understanding of carpentry techniques and practices.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
