**Experience: Min 5+ Years in global Shipping/ Vessel Operations**

**Must be in UAE for Face to Face interview**

Mainly Responsible for overseeing the transportation of oil and petroleum products:
**Other Duties Include**:

- Coordinating with suppliers, customers, and terminal operators to ensure the smooth delivery of products.
- Monitoring vessel schedules, cargo movements, and ensuring the timely loading and discharge of vessels.
- Overseeing the preparation and maintenance of shipping documentation, including bills of lading, invoices, and customs declarations.
- Communicating with vessels at sea, providing updates on weather conditions, port information, and cargo updates.
- Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards, including environmental and safety requirements.
- Negotiating shipping rates and contracts with vessel operators, charterers, and terminal operators.
- Managing logistics and supply chain operations, including the coordination of truck, rail, and barge transportation.
- Monitoring and costs associated with shipping operations, including fuel expenses, vessel charter rates, and terminal charges.
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting on shipping operations, including vessel utilization, cargo movements, and expenses.
- Responding to and resolving operational issues, such as cargo claims, vessel delays, and other unexpected events.
