**Обзор роли**

Обеспечить безупречный путь клиента, предлагая вдохновляющий и приятный клиентский опыт высокого качества для последней мили услуг. Включает, в частности:

- Поддержка команды по обеспечению сервиса рынка путем работы с IT-решениями (платформой) для рынка.
- Осуществление задач по управлению мощностью для улучшения общей производительности доставки услуг последней мили для магазинов и интернет-заказов путем обеспечения актуальности и точности мощностей услуг.
- Вклад в развитие бизнеса и людей, а также реализация, оценка стандартов, руководящих принципов и политики в вашей области компетенции.
- Установление и сохранение долгосрочных отношений с новыми и существующими клиентами и поставщиками услуг, обеспечивая положительный опыт покупок, который создает доверие к бренду.
- Использование ключевых показателей эффективности (KPI) для определения областей для улучшения потенциала и общих знаний для магазинов, поставщиков услуг и прочих заинтересованных сторон.

**Что вам нужно делать**

**Управление производительностью**:

- Обеспечение поддержания мощностей для магазинов и интернет-заказов с правильной настройкой системы.
- Ответственность за определение и поддержание краткосрочных и среднесрочных сервисных и пропускных параметров на основе доступных прогнозов.
- Подготовка настройки поставщиков услуг в системе.
- Обеспечение привязки всех услуг к правильному шаблону.
- Вклад в краткосрочное и среднесрочное развитие существующих партнеров по оказанию услуг через обучение процессам и системам.
- Подготовка соответствующих планов и графиков, чтобы удовлетворить потребности в доставке и сборке.
- Ответственность за обеспечение точной отчетности о стоимости услуг путем эффективного и точного согласования выставления счетов по договорным затратам и связан
