This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:

- Identify Pharma products of high interest to be registered into UAE market through strong sales background and understanding of the up-to-dates market orientations and trends & understand existing regulatory guidelines & can provide complete product lifecycle for in-license model.
- Representing Smartway to major customers and professional associations within and outside UAE in a way of target the correct product for registration and finding the suitable sources for different products within and outside UAE.
- Identify and liaise with international manufacturers with interest in the UAE market to study the portfolios compatibility to the UAE market trends and needs and setting clear sales, marketing and distribution plan.
- Strategic forecast on developing sales, marketing, distribution and compliance policies to meet the company growth plan
- Prepare and appropriately manage territory budgets
- Strong sales and marketing knowledge of UAE Pharma Market and the associated regulatory requirements for registration of Pharma /nutritional products.

Basic Qualifications:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

- University Bachelor's degree of Pharmacy, Vet or Medical Background (Dentistry or Medicine).
- 2 to 3 years of sales experience liaising with health care professionals
- UAE Market Experience is a must.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Key account management mindset
- Demonstrated leadership and strong team collaborative skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain access to a network of physicians
- Highly developed verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent communication, selling skills, negotiating skills & rapport building with
- Dr’s & Pharmacists.
- With driving License and own car

**Salary**: AED7,000.00 per month

**Experience**:
