Telesales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Initiate contact with potential clients through outbound calls to identify prospective buyers and sellers within our targeted markets.
- Promptly respond to inbound inquiries, providing detailed information about our real estate services and available listings.
- Establish rapport with potential clients, comprehensively understanding their real estate requirements, and qualifying leads for further agent engagement.
- Maintain precise records of client interactions and lead details within our CRM system.
- Stay abreast of current real estate market trends, listings, and promotional activities.
- Consistently meet and exceed set targets for prospecting calls, lead generation, and appointment scheduling.
**Qualifications**:
- Preferably, previous experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills, demonstrating clarity and confidence over the phone.
- Proficient listening skills to grasp client needs and offer suitable solutions.
- Resilient demeanor with the ability to handle rejection professionally.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated individual with a proactive approach to achieving and surpassing performance objectives.
- High school diploma is mandatory; additional training or coursework in sales/marketing is advantageous.
