We are looking for a passionate and creative Chocolatier to join our team and craft delectable, high-quality chocolates that bring joy to our customers. As a Chocolatier, you will blend artistry with culinary skills, turning cocoa into irresistible confections.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and create artisanal chocolates, including truffles, bonbons, bars, and specialty items.
Select and source premium ingredients such as cocoa beans, fillings, and flavorings.
Temper chocolate to achieve a perfect texture and shine.
Innovate new chocolate recipes and flavors, while maintaining traditional favorites.
Decorate chocolates with precision using techniques like molding, enrobing, and hand-painting.
Monitor production to ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation.
Manage inventory of raw materials and finished products.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety standards.
Interact with customers, offering expert advice on chocolate pairings and selections.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Chocolatier, pastry chef, or related culinary role.
Knowledge of chocolate tempering techniques, flavor pairings, and creative design.
Attention to detail and a passion for craftsmanship.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
A love for all things chocolate
Bonus Skills:
Experience in customer service or retail.
Familiarity with sustainable sourcing of chocolate and ethical production practices.
