Uniform Sales Executive

**Role and Responsibilities**:
As a Uniform Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving our school uniform sales and maintaining relationships with schools and educational institutions. Your responsibilities will include:
- **Sales Leadership**: Utilize your extensive experience in school uniform sales to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and nurture strong relationships with schools, principals, administrators, and decision-makers. Understand their unique uniform needs and tailor solutions that align with their requirements.
- **Lead Generation**: Leverage your existing network and industry knowledge to identify and pursue new leads. Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns that generate interest and inquiries.
- **Product Knowledge**: Possess in-depth knowledge of our uniform product range, fabrics, sizing, customization options, and pricing. Provide expert advice to clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns effectively.
- **Sales Presentations**: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits of our uniforms and how they align with the values of the educational institution.
- **Pipeline Management**: Maintain a well-organized sales pipeline, keeping track of leads, prospects, and ongoing deals. Utilize CRM software to monitor progress and ensure timely follow-ups.
- **Team Collaboration**: Collaborate with the design and production teams to communicate client requirements, ensuring seamless execution of orders and customization requests.
- **Market Insights**: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands. Provide regular feedback to the management team to aid in strategic decision-making.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- **Experience**: A minimum of 5 years of proven success in school uniform sales, with a track record of generating leads, closing deals, and achieving sales targets.
- **Industry Knowledge**: In-depth understanding of the school uniform industry, including trends, customer preferences, and challenges.
- **Communication**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build relationships with clients.
- **Leadership**: Previous experience in leading a sales team or mentoring junior sales professionals is highly desirable.
- **Self-Motivation**: A proactive and self-driven attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong problem-solving skills to address client needs and provide effective solutions.
- **Tech-Savviness**: Proficiency in using CRM software, MS Office, and other sales-related tools.
