- Do face-to-face interviews or online interviews as needed as part of the Research process
- Work with internal teams to include new content as needed
- Ensure that the company's tone and format are used consistently throughout reports.

**Qualifications**
- Experience drafting and revising reports and publications for at least three years, notably in the field of construction
- Ability to comprehend and create content pieces from scratch
- Experience in preparing reports from a management consulting firm will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work quickly and willingness to manage delivery of materials under time pressure and short deadlines;
- Editing, proofreading and picture/graph editing skills, including keen attention to detail;
- Excellent computer literacy including the ability to create presentation and infographics with high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
