Medical Center in Abu Dhabi is looking for Nursing Incharge:

- Directs and supervises all administrative and clinical activities of his/her designated area.
- Ensures the implementation and evaluation of standards for high-quality patient care

Participates in the development and implementation of unit goals, objectives, protocols, standards, policies and
- procedures that are consistent with those of the nursing service and the hospital
- Demonstrates deep knowledge in the care of patients and the type of procedures performed in his/ her designated area
- Directly supervises and evaluates performance of all nursing staff assigned to the ward, providing counseling and disciplinary actions if it is needed.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing / Diploma in Nursing.
- Current license in the country of origin and HAAD license to practice in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in intensive care unit / cardiothoracic care unit with at least 2 years experience as Charge Nurse or equivalent grade in relevant clinical area
- BLS / ACLS provider
- Demonstrates sound decision-making and leadership skills
- Must be fluent in spoken and written English
- Arabic speaking is desirable but not essential.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
