**Summary**:
This position supports Construction quality at Enerflex sites and reports directly to the Construction Quality Lead. The role plans, coordinates and directs site QA/QC processes. Success in this role measured by the understanding and adherence to Quality requirements enabling a continuous production of products consistent with the Quality policy, Quality system and established industry standards. The role is also responsible for identifying and driving standardization of processes and other productivity improvements that would positively influence function at the site.

**Principle Responsibilities and Duties**:
Monitoring and expediting the fabrication works, including inspection of welding and painting
Expediting and coordinating approval of quality documents
Monitor overall material delivery progress as per the agreed schedule
Witness and surveillance inspections as per approved ITP
RFI management
Sharing Daily/weekly/monthly progress reports with the project office, and attend project meetings
Ensure compliance to Project Quality requirements
Inspects and approves incoming materials by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests; rejecting and returning unacceptable materials.
Inspect and approves in-process production by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests; communicating required adjustments to production supervisor.
Inspects and approves finished products by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests; returning products for re-work; confirming re-work.
Documents inspection results by completing reports and logs;
Perform assembly, testing and packing as per procedure/documentation whenever needed.
Ability to follow procedures, work instructions and other quality related duties/documents.
Ability to read and interpret Engineering Drawings and Acceptance Criteria

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor degree or Diploma in Engineering
- CSWIP 3.1 /AWS -CWI certified Welding Inspector
- BGAS /NACE Painting inspector
- Shall have minimum 5 years of experience in quality management in Oil and Gas projects, including 3 years inspecting manufacturing/fabrication activities.
- Minimum 3-year’s prior experience in welding fabrication and NDT methods.
- Good understanding of other recognized standards and codes such as-ASME, ANSI, ASNT, API, ASTM, NACE, ISO, DIN and AWS.
- Ability to read and interpret P&IDs, Isometric drawings, General arrangement drawings.
- Good communication skills to liaise with quality and cross-functional counterparts to address quality related matters.
- Ability to coordinate with customers and third party inspectors.
