Planner / Expeditor

**Preferred Nationality: Phillippino**

**Responsibilities**
- Producing project execution plan based on SOW as client's per contract
- Initiate & provide keen leads to Engineering for document deliverables as needed
- Initiate & coordinate with internal purchase team & external keen coordination with sub vendors as associated
- Coordinate closely with production team to ensure adequate materials / equipment are delivered, inspected & handed to production team for shopwork closure ontime
- Ensure project plan is moving forward to meet anticipated deadlines
- Maintain clean records on each and every communication chronology with client & subvendors
- Assist project team to initiate the package pre shipment procedures by closely coordinating with Logistic in charge
- Prepare Daily / Weekly / Monthly project reports as required

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience
- 2 - 3 years' of experience as a project coordinator or planning engineer
- Well versed hands on experience in project micro task planning, tracking & reporting
- MS Project / Primavera hands on experience much preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to AED4,000.00 per month

- Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
