**Dann werden Sie Teil unseres globalen Teams als Contract Management Professional (w/m/d), um den kontinuierlichen Betrieb unseres weltweiten Vertriebsnetzes von Ultraschallgeräten sicherzustellen und weiter auszubauen.**
**Diese Stelle kann in Erlangen, Deutschland; Dubai, Vereinigte Arabische Emirate; London, Vereinigtes Königreich oder Kosice, Slowakei besetzt werden.**

**Wählen Sie den besten Ort für Ihre Arbeit** -** im Rahmen dieser Stelle ist es in Abstimmung mit Ihrer Führungskraft möglich, bis zu einem durchschnittlichen Volumen von 60% der jeweiligen Arbeitszeit mobil (innerhalb Deutschlands) zu arbeiten.

**Ihre Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten**:

- Sie entwerfen externe vertragliche Vereinbarungen (z. B. Vertriebsvereinbarungen, Kooperationsvereinbarungen, Vereinbarungen zur klinischen Forschung)
- Sie steuern interne Stakeholder durch vertragliche Prozesse (Verhandlungen usw.)
- Sie pflegen alle Arten von Vertragsbeziehungen (Verlängerung, Kündigung, Archivierung usw.)
- Sie kommunizieren kontinuierlich mit unseren internen und externen Stakeholdern in Bezug auf unsere indirekten und direkten Vertriebskanäle

**Ihre Qualifikationen und Erfahrung**:

- Sie haben einen Bachelor-Abschluss in Betriebswirtschaft, Recht, Wirtschafts-/Handelsrecht o.ä.
- Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einem vertraglichen oder juristischen Umfeld
- Sie sind vertraut mit dem deutschen (und europäischen) Recht
- Idealerweise haben Sie bereits erste Erfahrungen in der Med.Tech. Industrie
- Sie weisen eine hohe IT-Affinität auf, lernen gerne neue IT-Tools und bringen sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse (insbesondere Word, PowerPoint, Excel und Outlook) mit
- Sie haben keinen Studienabschluss? Wir freuen uns auch über Bewerbende mit Berufsausbildung in Verbindung mit zusätzlichen Qualifikationen und langjähriger Berufserfahrung in diesem Bereich

- Sie verfügen über gute vertragliche / juristische Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Englisch und vorzugsweise auch in Deutsch
