Foh Supervisor

**Position Summary**

The FOH supervisor supports the ‘Store-in-Charge’ on a daily basis. They will be responsible for assisting the ‘Store-in-Charge’ in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and helping to ensure incredible customer service standards are given and that the store team works towards all sales targets and KPI’s that are set.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Ensure brand standards of Burger|28 are followed on a daily basis
- Always leads by example, is vocal and prepared for the day ahead
- Organised, with good time management
- Willing to learn, and follows instruction
- Promote teamwork and give feedback to staff
- Cleanliness and maintenance of restaurant and equipment
- Ensures menu items are available at all times, through correct ordering

- Can follow menu guidelines and standards

**Daily Tasks**
- Ensure FOH checklist has been completed
- FOH operation checklist has been printed and is being completed.
- Cleaning list has been actioned
- Training has been assigned to staff trainer as required
- Count safe and ensure cash is correct
- Fill out safe count sheet, ensure all money accounted for
- Ensure all Delivery platforms are working and any 86 items are turned off
- Check with BOH Supervisor on any 86 Item
- Go through delivery tablets and turn off any menu items as necessary
- Communicate 86 items to service team
- In daily briefing ensure all service staff are told about 86 item
- Update service team of any changes to 86 items as day progresses
- Ensure all packaging is available and stocked
- Place orders when ‘Store-in-Charge’ is off
- Stock has been checked correctly so par levels are not exceeded unnecessarily
- Ensure daily briefing completed before business and also on shift changeover
- When required send end of day reports

- Petty Cash

- Ensure customer service is not compromised on a daily basis

**Weekly Tasks**
- Ensure all petty cash receipts have been scanned and are ready to send to the office at beginning of the week
- Petty Cash Excel sheet is up to date for the week and is sent to the office
- Ensure all invoices are entered into Sapaad, all invoices sent to the office at the beginning of the week
- All invoices have been inputted into Sapaad and have been checked for accuracy before sending to the office

**Monthly Tasks**
- Contribute to Monthly inventory counts
- Assist the ‘Store-in-Charge’ in accurately counting all inventory stock
- Ensure all reports are completed and sent in the absence of ‘Store-in-Charge’

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
