**Job Title: Real Estate Assistant Recruiter**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Recruitment Support**:
- Assist in posting job openings on various recruitment platforms, including real estate job boards and social media channels.
- **Onboarding and Documentation**:
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing onboarding materials, contracts, and welcome packages.
- Ensure all new hire documentation is completed accurately and stored securely.
- Coordinate training schedules and other logistics for new employees.
- **Job Market Research**:
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, job market conditions, and competitor hiring strategies in the real estate sector.
- Assist in identifying key talent pools and recruitment sources for real estate positions.
- **Administrative Support**:
- Support the HR team with other recruitment-related tasks as needed.
- **Collaboration with Hiring Managers**:
- Work closely with real estate hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide support in filling open positions.
- **Real Estate Knowledge**:
- Stay informed about job roles specific to real estate and the necessary qualifications to fill these positions.
**Key Requirements**:
- **Experience**: Previous experience in recruitment or administrative roles, preferably within the real estate industry (1-2 years of experience preferred).
- **Technology Skills**: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and recruitment software or applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- **Time Management**: Ability to prioritize and handle multiple recruitment tasks while ensuring deadlines are met.
- **Team-Oriented**: Ability to collaborate effectively with other members of the HR team, hiring managers, and staff.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience with real estate recruitment processes or knowledge of real estate roles and terminology.
- Familiarity with online job boards and social media platforms for recruitment.
- Knowledge of HR tools and systems (such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Zoho Recruit, or similar).
