  • Taking JobBriefs from Managers & Directors for active positions,asking accurate questions to be able to target the right candidatesto the right opportunities.
  • Preparing marketmappings assigned by respectiveDirector/Manager
  • Actively working for theManager/ Director on sourcing, shortlisting, screening and briefingcandidates
  • Putting together high-levelinformation packs for candidates to better understand the client,role and job market in the region
  • Maintainingtrackers to update progress on each role being on across variousclients which serves as a personaldatabase
  • Updating the records of activecandidates on our recruitment database
  • Managinginterview processes between clients and candidates: preparing thecandidates for their interviews, scheduling interviews and liaisingwith the logistics team to coordinate travel and accommodationarrangements for clients/candidates ifrequired.
