To control and supervise the management of the kitchen, ensuring that the preparation, line management and food presentation comply with the brand standards while providing an efficient service and safe food.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:
Constantly train and develop kitchen members to deliver a high level of performance following the brand standards

Control kitchen inventory levels and ensure an accurate inventory management on daily basis in order to optimize the stock variances

Monitor the production processes to ensure that preparation levels are maintained in line with sales forecast and properly prepared to have a smoother line management delivering the standard plate presentation

Monitor the line management to increase orders efficiency and accuracy to deliver the standard plate presentation in a timely manner

Prepare weekly kitchen labour schedule following the sales forecast and meeting the labour cost budget

Coach and develop the kitchen team and drive them to complete all necessary trainings using the brand digital training program

Ensure that food safety practices are applied by all kitchen members as per the Brand and regulatory standards

Have all kitchen members well-groomed at all times and ready to serve in an open kitchen

Prepare kitchen orders following the seasonal par levels and agreed upon frequency

Ensure that all kitchen checklists are accurately and timely completed

Ensure that kitchen cleaning procedures are properly applied and cleaning schedules are met

Increase communication with management to report any kitchen related issues regarding maintenance, people, food, processes and other related matters.

Undertake any other tasks or responsibilities assigned by the management

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: AED11,500.00 - AED13,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
