**Job Description**:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager/Specialist to spearhead our growth initiatives and drive revenue expansion. As a pivotal member of our team, you will play a crucial role in identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities, establishing strategic partnerships, and enhancing our market presence in the study abroad education sector.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to achieve revenue targets and accelerate company growth.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including educational institutions, government agencies, corporate partners, and industry associations.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create impactful promotional campaigns, digital marketing strategies, and targeted outreach efforts.
- Lead negotiations and contract discussions with prospective partners and clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Drive lead generation initiatives through networking events, seminars, webinars, and other relevant platforms.
- Monitor industry developments and regulatory changes to adapt business strategies and maintain compliance.
- Prepare and present regular reports on business performance, market insights, and growth projections to senior management.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Relations, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or relevant roles within the education sector, preferably in study abroad consultancy or related industries.
- Strong understanding of international education systems, admission processes, and visa regulations
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing growth opportunities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software; familiarity with digital marketing tools is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
