A stable background in luxury restaurants is essential, as is your qualification from WSET or similar. Ideally you will already have experience preparing wine lists, maintaining wine stock and training staff demonstrating your expertise. Impeccable personal presentation and grooming is essential in this role, as is the ability to read a social situation and deliver a first class experience at all times.

Head Sommeliers must demonstrate a clear passion for customer service and a willingness to learn more about management and leading a team. Hard work and dedication will be rewarded with promotion; opportunities from here are encouraged with further promotions available in any of our Food and Beverage teams.
