Participate in the development and management of pricing related processes and tools

Produce accurate and complete freight quotations in response to inquiries made by external & internal customers and internal team members

Contact shipping lines for freight rates based on the destination/transit time requirements provided by the customer

Reach a quotation turnaround time within the guidelines set by the KPI for Pricing Department.

Prepare rates and organize company information for tender processes, RFI’s and RFP/RFQ’s

Follow up with existing clients for new business for Freight Forwarding.

Coordination with Sales team

Provide monthly reporting on overseas response to RFQ’s

Maintain and update pricing database
