Student Recruitment Assistant shall play a vital part in attracting and enrolling talented students into our institution. Work closely with the recruitment team to support various activities and initiatives that promote our educational programs and campus culture.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with the planning and execution of student recruitment events, including open houses, college fairs, information sessions, and campus tours.
- Conduct research to identify potential student recruitment opportunities, both online and offline, and present findings to the recruitment team.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for the recruitment team, ensuring efficient coordination of meetings and events.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and distribute promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, and digital content to attract prospective students.
- Assist with data collection and maintenance of student recruitment databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Attend college fairs and community events to represent the institution and provide information to prospective students.
- Support the recruitment team in tracking and analyzing recruitment data to identify trends, assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated on the institution's academic programs, admission requirements, scholarships, and other relevant information to provide accurate guidance to prospective students.
- Respond to prospective student inquiries, providing accurate and timely information to convert a query to enrolment.
- Populate the CRM software with prospective student details and proactively follow up with enquirers.
- Suggest recruitment activities to meet student target numbers.
- Support and participate in student life-cycle events as required, such as orientation, enrolment, and graduation.

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively engage with prospective students and their families.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and their role in student recruitment is a plus.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed to support recruitment events.
