تبحث Aldar Education عن **مساعد إداري** لمدرسة مونا البريطانية في أبوظبي، بدءًا من فبراير 2024.

تقع مدرسة مونا البريطانية في قلب مدينة أبوظبي وتم تصنيفها مؤخرًا بـ "ممتاز" من قبل إدارة التعليم والمعرفة في أبوظبي (ADEK)، وتخدم أكثر من 700 طالب من الحضانة إلى الصف السادس، ونتبع المنهاج الوطني لإنجلترا. المدرسة مجتمع نشط.

**الغرض**:أن يكون أول نقطة اتصال لجميع الآباء والزوار والطلاب في الإجابة على الاستفسارات وتقديم الدعم الإداري المتميز والتوجيه.

**المهام الرئيسية**:**

1. تقديم خدمة عملاء عالية الجودة لجميع الزائرين والموظفين، ممثلاً للأكاديمية بطريقة احترافية.

2. استقبال الزوار بطريقة ودية ومفيدة.

3. إتقان المعلومات الرئيسية حول الأكاديمية.

4. تقديم الإرشاد والمساعدة للآباء خلال عملية تسجيل الطلاب والقبول خلال مرحلة الاستفسار الأولية.

5. أداء واجبات الاستقبال، بما في ذلك استقبال الأشخاص والإجابة على الاستفسارات وجدولة المواعيد وتحديث معلومات حضور الطلاب مثل الطلاب المتأخرون والمغادرون مبكرًا.

6. الرد على المكالمات الهاتفية والاستفسارات بلباقة وتوجيه المكالمات إلى الأشخاص المناسبين باستخدام نظام الإحالة.

7. استلام وتوجيه والرد على رسائل البريد الإلكتروني نيابةً عن فريق القيادة العليا حسب الاقتضاء.

8. كتابة ومراجعة وتوزيع مجموعة متنوعة من المواد مثل الخطابات والبريد والتقارير. بما في ذلك إدخال وتعديل واسترجاع المعلومات الضرورية لتسجيل المدارس الحكومية والخاصة وأنظمة شركة Aldar (مثل Adek و Esis و Tarasol وما إلى ذلك)

9. تصنيف المراسلات والسجلات الأخرى المتعلقة بأنشطة القسم. الحفاظ على تحديث الملفات وتحسين نظام التصنيف الخاص بك. رفع وطلبات شراء والحفاظ على توفير مستلزمات مكتبية ومواد اللوازم.

10. تسجيل استفسارات التسجيل في نظام إدارة المعلومات - قاعدة البيانات.

11. تجميع أو تنسيق تجميع البيانات، وإعدادها في شكل تقارير وتحليل، قوائم الحضور إلخ. توزيع البيانات كما هو مطلوب. صياغة خطابات / مذكرات ومراسلات عادية. فحص المراسلات الصادرة قبل الموافقة عليها.

12. استلام وفرز وتوزيع جميع البريد الوارد. إعداد البريد الصادر للإرسال. الحفاظ على سجل مناسب للبريد الوارد / الصادر. ضمان تسليم مباشر للمواد / البريد السرية.

13. حضور اجتماعات فريق الإدارة لمتابعة أحدث التحديثات في عمليات المدرسة، واستلام الاقتراحات وتقديم الملاحظات.

14. إدارة نظام Engage مثل إعداد تقارير الانتقال في Excel، إدخال البيانات في النظام (تخصيص الطلاب والمعلمين للفصول / الشعب، إنشاء وتسمية وحذف الشعب / الفصول للعام الأكاديمي الجديد إلخ.)

15. تنسيق الاتصالات المتعلقة بالإسكان مع المعلمين وصاحب العقار.

16. المسؤول عن الاتصال بالآباء، حسب الاقتضاء.

17. معالجة أي استمارات مغادرة للطلاب للمدرسة بأكملها، تحديث Engage وإحالتها إلى القبول.

18. مساعدة فريق GRE والفريق الإداري في المهام الإدارية بما في ذلك ولكن لا يقتصر ذلك على الامتثال لـ ADEK، الاتصالات، التقارير، الترجمة، الصياغة إلخ
