Position:
Administrative Assistant


Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and presentations.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
  • Maintain an organized filing system and manage office inventory and supplies.
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of communications such as memos, letters, and forms.
  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
  • Perform data entry and update records and databases as needed.
  • Assist with the organization and execution of company events or special projects.
  • Handle basic bookkeeping tasks and assist with financial record keeping.
  • Other duties as assigned to support the overall operations of the company.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or relevant role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and office management software.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus.

Pay:
AED3, AED4,000.00 per month

Experience:

- administrative assistant: 1 year (preferred)
