**Job Brief**

**Duties**:

- Majority, You will be working on **Hot Leads** every day generated by our google and social media paid campaigns.

1- Receive customer calls and make sure to covert the lead into deal.

2- Reply to customer whatsapp messages, send these customers our products details, images and prices and convert the lead into deal.

3- Generate a list of potential customers using leads from existing customers, business directories and trade shows.

4- Cold calling, contacting people who may not know about company products to see if they are interested in purchasing our products.

5- Chat online with the customers who visit our websites

7- After sales services, contacting customers, ask them to like and join our social media platforms.

8- Update existing and new customers about our new products and services

9- Finding new products and new suppliers

10- Selling our products to other business such as online platform (amazon, noon) as well as showrooms, shops..etc.

11-Ensure the availability of stock for Rental & sales demonstrations

12-Prepare daily and monthly reports for the leads received, along with the status of the leads.

**Monthly Salary + Very attractive & Competitive Commission Policy.**

1- Minimum of 3 years experience in sales and customer services

2- Minimum of 2 years experience in cooling products business or furniture business

3- Fluent English

4-Arabic ( Added Advantage)

**Salary**: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

**Location**: DIP 1, Near by Dubai investment park metro Station.
