**Your Team**:
Payrails is a high dynamic workplace with our Sales Team sitting right at the center of this. Our mission is to:

- Perfectly understand the requirements and pain points of our merchant prospects/clients
- Drive effective execution while being sharply oriented to scoping complex solutions
- Ensure that we are always relevant to merchants and they find our interactions very valuable

You as Regional Sales Lead will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the sales team in the MENA region, driving sales performance, and ensuring the team meets or exceeds sales targets.

**What You will be doing**:

- You will own and drive all sales efforts end-to-end across the region
- You will build a team on the ground for key roles to grow the business
- You will develop and implement strategies to enhance sales productivity and efficiency
- You will monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- You will build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
- You will address customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner
- You will collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for customer acquisition and retention.
- You will provide feedback to the management team on market dynamics and customer needs

**You'll be great for this role if**:

- You have 10+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- You have prior experience in the payments industry or fintech
- You have experience in launching a business in a new market
- You have a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- You have leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- You have strong communication and interpersonal skills
- You have analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- You have knowledge of sales techniques and principles
- You are familiar with CRM software and sales analytics tools
