**Responsibilities**:
**Curriculum Development**:

- The Head of STEM should design and develop a comprehensive STEM curriculum, it's crucial to align with educational standards and best practices. This includes integrating cross-disciplinary approaches that foster critical thinking, problem-solving, and creativity among students. By staying updated with advancements in STEM education, educators can incorporate relevant technologies and methodologies into the curriculum, ensuring students are well-prepared for the rapidly evolving fields of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics.

**Instructional Leadership**:

- The Head of STEM should provide guidance and support to teachers in implementing effective STEM teaching strategies and conduct regular observations, evaluations, and professional development sessions to improve teaching quality. Foster a collaborative and innovative teaching environment that inspires both students and educators.
- Oversee all STEM-related programs, activities, and events within the school.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of STEM concepts across the curriculum.
- Analyse data and utilize assessment results to drive continuous improvement in STEM programs.
- Ensure equitable access and opportunities for all students to excel in STEM fields.

**Partnerships and Outreach**:

- Build and maintain partnerships with external organizations, universities, and industry professionals to enrich STEM education

- Help students to obtain STEM Scholarships
- Engage parents, alumni, and the wider community in supporting STEM initiatives and promoting awareness.
