**ABOUT LET’S VAPE**

LET'S VAPE started in Dubai as an online store, now we are the biggest online vape store in UAE.

Starting from 2019 we have moved from being an only online store to open physical stores after the new regulations in the UAE.

Our branches in Tecom, Mall of Emirates, Deira City Center, Dubai Outlet Mall, Business Bay, Box Park, Blue Waters, Silicon Oasis, IMPZ, Karama, DIP, Century Mall and BurJuman and Qusais are the first licensed vape shops in UAE.

Since the opening of our first store, we are seeing a huge demand and gross on our sales and customer base.

We are planning to open multiple stores all over GCC to be one of the leading names in middle east in the near future.

**Job Brief**

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Greet and direct customers
- Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
- Cross-sell products
- Inform customers about discounts and special offers
- Maximize sales and provide excellent customer and after-sales service.
- Actively develop new clients and consistently strengthen existing client relationships.
- Play an active role in maintaining a positive and professional working environment
- Highlight the house differentiation by maintaining a high level of product knowledge and keep up to date with market trends and competitors
- Possess the ability to work well in a team and the willingness to support and assist your colleagues
- Promote the brand’s culture internally and externally, acting as a brand ambassador at all times
- Maintain grooming and appearance standards, whilst respecting guidelines.
- Arrange and replenish on a continuous basis the shop shelves and ensure that the shop floor and shelves are kept clean and tidy at all times in alignment with the brand's image and coordination standards
- Ensure smooth and efficient receiving process of items/shipments, as well as accurate stock keeping preventing security risks and thefts by performing physical and electronic inventory as required, reporting broken alarms, incidents, suspicious activities
- Handle cash register and transactions with the customers in an effective and accurate manner as required

**Requirements**:

- Understanding of the retail sales process
- Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures
- Basic math skills
- Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
- Ability to perform in fast-paced environments
- Flexibility to work various shifts
- high standers of personal appearance as it reflect the quality of our company.
- General vaping knowledge is required, but higher-level knowledge is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From AED2,700.00 per month

All customers are required to wear a mask.
Common surfaces are sanitized regularly.
