Job Description: Cargo Sales Executive

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Cargo Sales Executive to join our freight company based in Dubai. As a Cargo Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base within the cargo industry. You will be responsible for promoting our cargo services, building strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Generate sales leads and actively seek out new business opportunities within the cargo industry.

2. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our cargo services, including air, sea, and land transportation, warehousing, and logistics.

3. Identify potential clients and establish contact through cold calling, networking, and industry events.

4. Conduct thorough research and analysis of the market, competitors, and customer needs to identify sales strategies and opportunities.

5. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and maximizing opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

6. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits and value of our cargo services.

7. Negotiate and finalize sales agreements, contracts, and pricing terms in line with company policies and profitability targets.

8. Collaborate with internal teams such as operations, customer service, and finance to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

9. Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory requirements related to the cargo industry.

10. Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to the sales manager and senior management.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, logistics, or a related field.

2. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business within the cargo or freight industry.

3. Strong knowledge of cargo transportation modes (air, sea, land), logistics operations, and supply chain management.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

5. Strong negotiation and persuasive selling skills.

6. Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

7. Proficiency in using sales CRM software and other relevant sales tools.

8. Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.

9. Familiarity with the Dubai cargo market and understanding of local regulations and customs procedures.

10. Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or any other additional language is a plus.
