Minimum of 1 year of experience in merchandising, preferably in the UAE.
- Strong understanding of retail and merchandising principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiarity with merchandising software is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with a results-oriented mindsetDevelop and implement effective merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility and sales.
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with visual merchandising standards.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for product placements and promotions.
- Collaborate with store managers and sales teams to optimize product displays.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure timely stock replenishment.
- Provide training and support to retail staff on merchandising best practices.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitors and market trends
