**Role and Responsibilities**
- Real estate agent is an intermediary between sellers and buyers who will be responsible for buying and selling property by generating leads, counseling clients on market conditions, and developing competitive market prices
- You will also be in charge of creating lists of real estate properties and presenting purchase offers to sellers
- Determining clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them & Providing guidance and assisting sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
- Performing comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value
- Generating client leads to buy, sell, and rent a property & Counseling clients on market conditions, prices, and mortgages
- Maintaining details about properties, with information location, features, square footage, etc
- Showing properties to potential buyers and renters & Facilitating negotiations between buyers and sellers
- Preparing loyalty contracts, purchase agreements, rental agreements, deeds, and other documents for each real estate transaction.
- Develop networks and cooperate with attorneys, mortgage lenders and contractors
- Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing services
- Keep a update knowledge about upcoming projects in the market and collect the information accordingly
- Making sure all the sources/Leads given to them are used on time.
- Ensures consistent communication with clients, agents, lenders, and all others involved in the transaction.

**Requirement**:

- Graduate in any stream or Equivalent
- Any Certification would be additional benefit
- Experience with sales
- Good knowledge of the local property

**Additional Notes**
- Car with Driving License is must
- RERA will be an additional advantage
