**Job Title: Sales Manager - Software Sales**

**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.

2. Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals to drive performance and exceed sales targets.

3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship building.

4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business objectives.

6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and potential threats.

7. Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and insights to senior management.

8. Continuously assess and improve sales processes and procedures to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.

9. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our products and services.

10. Uphold high standards of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct in all interactions with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus.

2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in software sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.

4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

5. Deep understanding of software products, solutions, and technologies.

6. Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans and initiatives.

7. Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

8. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving revenue growth and achieving business objectives.

9. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

**Salary**: AED15,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month

**Experience**:
