Safety Manager

Company looking for Safety manager for Abu Dhabi based construction project.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain safety policies and procedures in line with local and international regulations.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with UAE safety and environmental laws and regulations.
- Conduct safety audits, risk assessments, and inspections to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
- Provide training and guidance to employees and contractors on safety protocols and best practices.
- Lead accident and incident investigations and recommend preventive measures.
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to safety performance.
- Prepare and submit safety reports to senior management and relevant authorities as required.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve safety and environmental objectives.
- Continuously promote and instill a culture of safety and environmental responsibility within the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Proven track record with a minimum of 12 years of experience in a similar safety management role in UAE.
- In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and standards, including UAE regulations.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Certifications such as NEBOSH or equivalent are highly desirable.
- Proficiency in safety management software and tools.
**Job Type**: Permanent
**Salary**: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
