Head Chef

As the Head Chef, you will oversee all aspects of the kitchen operations, including menu development, staff management, food quality, and ensuring a high standard of hygiene. You will work closely with our management team to create memorable dining experiences, enhance customer satisfaction, and lead our culinary team to success.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Menu Creation & Development**: Design and update seasonal menus, ensuring a mix of traditional and innovative dishes.
- **Team Leadership**: Manage, train, and inspire the kitchen staff, fostering a positive work environment.
- **Inventory Management**: Oversee inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure cost-effective stock management.
- **Quality Control**: Ensure the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and taste.
- **Health & Safety Compliance**: Ensure the kitchen complies with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations at all times.
- **Budget Management**: Work with the management team to control food costs and optimize kitchen efficiency.
- **Customer Satisfaction**: Collaborate with the front-of-house team to meet customer expectations and handle feedback professionally.
**Qualifications & Skills**
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a high-volume kitchen.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to design creative and appealing menus.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Knowledge of budgeting, food cost control, and stock management.
- Familiarity with food safety and sanitation standards.
- A culinary degree or relevant qualification is a plus.
