**Summary**: The Global VM Executive role is to support the Global VM Team and Regions to deliver best-in-class brand execution and strategy for Huda Beauty, Kayali, Wishful & Glowish. With an operational background and design skills, the Global VM Executive will support on launch, always-on and permanent rollouts.

**Requirements**:
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Support in delivering the Global VM strategy to maximize brand awareness and visibility within the markets across all retailers.
- Provide creative design solutions and lead on operational tasks, ensuring briefs are fulfilled to the highest standards and delivered to schedule
- Collaborate with HQ Marketing, Design and Creative teams, Regional VM Leads and other stakeholders across the business
- Support in the creative conception, implementation, and execution of all VM assets for new launches including gondola updates, promotional sites, retailer windows, lightboxes, and in-store screen content for all doors in a timely manner working closely with the HQ teams and Regions to ensure consistent launch messaging across the estate.
- Delivery and support on all relevant guidelines issued by HQ, regularly reviewing and updating where necessary.
- Have a creative eye to be able to select the correct assets for design updates across multiple formats
- Produce fast and accurate re-sizing or revisions of existing concepts, including gondola artwork, animation artwork, presentations etc.
- Produce elegant, accurate and legible typography at all times, ensuring type complements the imagery required
- Management of HQ VM master databases, forecasts, calendars, planograms and file libraries
- Have knowledge of print and production build techniques, and mindfulness of budget restrictions, environmental issues and project lead times
- Close management of ongoing projects from design to execution with Region VM Leads, inclusive of wrap up reports.
- Project manage all product white samples (new launch kits) and print proofs that need to be sent to suppliers and Regions
- Carry out and instruct store visits to ensure a consistently high level of execution across all VM
- Be aware of our competitor’s marketing campaigns, VM updates, new trends in design and digital innovations.

**Requirements**:

- You must be a confident user of Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign & Illustrator) and Microsoft Office. 3D skills are a plus.
- Strong project manager, with great time management skills and an ability to handle multiple projects and deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
- You will have reasonable knowledge of print and production build techniques, with a mindfulness of budget restrictions, environmental issues and project lead times.
- Acutely attentive to detail and design formatting principles
- Collaborative and a team player with a problem-solving attitude
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage complexity with numerous briefs and requests, all with varying degrees of priority and deadline constraints
- Efficient, ensuring all plans are thoroughly prepared and all eventualities considered.
- Ability to act on initiative and take ownership of projects and tasks.
- You will have strong verbal and written communications skills.
