HR Officer

We are looking for HR Officer (Arabic Speaker) for the Healthcare (Medical Centre) in Ajman, UAE responsible in maintaining employee records, coordinating recruitment activities, and facilitating day-to-day HR operations. As an HR Officer, your responsibilities include ensuring adherence to policies and procedures, cultivating positive relationships with employees, and actively contributing to the overall efficiency and success of the HR department.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- **Maintain employee records**:
Assist in the creation, maintenance, and organization of employee files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information.
- **Recruitment support**:
- **HR administrative tasks**:
Provide administrative support by preparing HR documents, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and termination paperwork. Assist with data entry, file management, and HR system updates.
- **Employee relations**:
Support HR professionals in addressing employee inquiries, escalating complex issues as necessary, and maintaining positive relationships with employees.
- **Benefits and payroll**:
Assist in administering employee benefits programs, including enrolment, changes, and inquiries. Collaborate with payroll to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee data.
- **Compliance**:
Assist in maintaining compliance with employment laws and regulations, including record-keeping requirements, reporting, and policy dissemination.
- **HR projects and initiatives**:
Contribute to HR projects such as employee engagement initiatives, training and development programs, and performance management activities.
- **Communication**:
- Assist in internal HR communications, including drafting announcements, preparing HR-related content, and organizing HR events or meetings.
**Qualifications Required**:
- Diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in HR or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in an administrative or HR support role is preferred.
- Familiarity with HR processes, policies, and compliance requirements is advantageous.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRM systems. Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required**:
- Knowledge of HR principles and practices, including employment laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in HR software and systems to assist with data entry, reporting, and record-keeping.
- Strong interpersonal skills to establish positive working relationships with employees and HR team members.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in managing employee records and preparing HR documents.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information appropriately.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information clearly and professionally.
- Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to address basic HR issues and provide appropriate solutions.
**Salary**: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
