We have a focused team of over 200 employees, and we are expanding in the current real estate market. As a Call Centre agent your key responsibilities will be:

- Acquiring availability direct from owners through cold callings, referral, or any other channel.
- Maintain a professional relation with the owner and the client by upholding nationwide values & ethics.
- Support the Sales & Leasing Consultants in providing property availability and on time enquire delivery at any time.
- Acquiring exclusive property from owners as per the target set by line manager.
- Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties value.
- Maintain and update listings of available properties on a weekly basis.
- Prepare necessary paperwork (offer letters, MOUs, authorization letters, etc.)
- Manage all aspects of buyers/tenants/owner’s transactions from the first contact to purchase/lease agreement.
- Consult with owners to coordinate staging, property photography, repairs, home improvements, signage, lockbox, access requirements and other marketing activities required for showing the properties.
- Provide weekly updates to owners with feedback and progress reports from showings and marketing efforts. Be proactive so clients are kept informed, know what to expect, and feel reassured that they are in good hands.
- Input listing information into the CRM, maintain documents and track progress for each listing, and update necessary information in client database and transaction management records.
- Resolves problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems.
- Partnership with the Sales & Leasing team to meet and exceed customer’s service expectations.
- Support the marketing by coordinating between community management, developers, owners etc. to obtain the necessary approvals for open houses event.
- Perform any additional responsibilities as requested or assigned.

Manage data for new and prospective clients in CRM, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate and documents are attached, as well as reporting and follow-up activities meet the organization requirements.

**Requirements**:
Bachelors Degree

Fluent English / Arabic desirable

Experience in Real Estate / Call Centre industry preferred
