**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

Develops, executes and updates leisure/luxury leisure segments strategy for the markets assigned, prepare action plans against existing and new target accounts to achieve and exceed sales targets. Identifies new accounts for acquisition through a variety of channels and sales tools. Converts new accounts into loyal accounts through sales activities. Attends trade shows, conferences, industry meetings, networking events, workshops, etc. Plans and executes national & international sales trips (travel is required), sales calls, site visits, familiarization trips and client entertainment. Develops strong internal/external customer relationships.

Analyses and maintains business relationships/knowledge of customers, market trends and competition. Participate in regular business reviews and sales meetings. Provides progress reports to Account Director - Leisure Travel and Assistant Director of Sales. Monitors, collects and analyses data and communicates all information to team.

Coordinates internally with the relevant departments in the planning, administration and execution of selected client functions, correspondence and communication to customers, in-house VIP guests, reporting, other sales and marketing activities and overall duties as assigned.

Skills / Experience
- Bachelor Degree holder
- Knowledge of Wholesale and Tour Operator
- Experienced in the APAC and CIS market is a plus
- Having UAE experience with DMC is a plus
- Understand international feeder markets
- Possess strong sales and negotiation skills
- Proven prospecting and new business development abilities
- Negotiation and Sale Closing skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Russian and Chinese speaking, preferred
