**Duties and Responsibilities**
- **Manage Manufacturing Operations in the Facility**:

- Oversee workflow within the facility and supervise the manufacturing of event decor and custom furniture per specified requirements, ensuring efficient production processes.
- **Coordinate with Teams and Other Departments**:

- Collaborate with manufacturing and installation teams both within the facility and at event sites to maintain operational efficiency in line with Reges Events’ standards.
- Work closely with the design department to understand project specifications and ensure accurate execution, and with the purchasing department to coordinate material availability.
- **Prepare Materials and Equipment for Manufacturing**:

- Ensure the availability and readiness of essential materials, such as wood and iron, along with equipment like cutting, carving, bending, and welding tools required for facility operations.
- **Develop Workflow and Installation Plans**:

- Create a detailed work plan within the facility and schedule the installation of event components according to timelines and project quality standards.
- **Analyze Job Order and Mood Board**:

- Examine and analyze the Job Order and Mood Board to determine technical requirements and operational steps needed to prepare and deliver high-quality events.
- **Ensure Quality Control During All Stages of Production and Installation**:

- Regularly monitor product quality at each stage of manufacturing to confirm alignment with company standards and report production quality levels.
- **Organize and Manage Daily Schedules and Productivity**:

- Distribute daily tasks among the teams, prioritize work orders, and ensure adherence to production schedules for optimal workflow.
- **Risk Management and Adaptability**:

- Identify and proactively manage operational risks, implement contingency plans to mitigate disruptions, and remain flexible to reorder priorities as project demands evolve.
- **On-Site Event Coordination**:

- Organize and streamline on-site operations to ensure efficient movement and task execution during event setup and breakdown, aligning with design plans and client specifications.
- **Oversee Safety Procedures in Facility and Field Operations**:

**Qualifications and Requirements**
- Practical experience managing manufacturing and installation teams.
- In-depth knowledge of materials used for event decor manufacturing, such as fabric, wood, iron, acrylic, and aluminum.
