**What We’re Looking For**
- Proficient in advanced Image Editing Software such as Photoshop and Capture One.
- Skilled in Graphic Design Tools such as InDesign, Illustrator, Canva, etc. showcasing the ability to create Visually Compelling Designs, spanning Social Media Content, PowerPoint Presentations, Media Invites, Brand Decks, etc.
- Next-Level Expertise in capturing High-Quality Photos and Videos, with remarkable Mastery in Lighting Techniques and Post-Production Editing.
- Preferred experience in Luxury, Lifestyle, International Travel, or Hospitality.
- Ability to work both Independently and Collaboratively, embodying strong Leadership Qualities and Organisational Acumen.
- Meticulous Eye for Detail, complemented by the ability to Multi-Task effectively in a Fast-Paced Environment.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills to confidently direct and effectively engage with FIVE Tribe Members, Artists, DJs, Celebrities, Influencers, Leaders and Other Stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Excels in Photography, Videography and Graphic Design-related projects across Editorial, Lifestyle, Product (Fashion, Beauty, Architecture), and Corporate contexts.
- Applies ‘FIVE-Styled’ Creativity to conceptualise and deliver High-Quality Photos, Videos and Graphics for all Visual Narratives, encompassing Brand, Marketing, Public Relations, and Human Resources Activations.
- Ideates, creates, produces, and edits all Visual Content for Award Nominations, spanning Thought Leadership, Hospitality, Food and Beverage, Travel, Entertainment, Music, Aviation, and Sustainability.
- Captures compelling LinkedIn and Instagram Content for FIVE's Boundary-Breaking Leadership Team and Key Stakeholders.
- Develops and shapes the FIVE Tribe's Visual Identity through dynamic content for Internal Communications, Public Relations, Award Nominations (such as Great Places to Work), Website, Recruitment Materials, and more.
- Captures and processes Images until ‘FIVE-Star’ Results are achieved, continuously enhancing the quality of all Visual Content by using Innovative Editing Techniques.
- Contributes towards all Public Relations Projects covering Lifestyle, Travel, Music, Aviation, Brand, Thought Leadership, and Hospitality.
- Effectively Communicates and Collaborates with Marketing and Creative Teams to understand project specifications, visual requirements, and Develop Concepts and Storyboards.
- Stays up-to-date with Photography, Videography, Graphic Design and SEO Trends, bringing Bold Ideas to ensure our Content Strategy is always Setting the Gold Standard.
- Ensures Consistency and Quality in all Visual Content, consistently Exceeding Industry Standards.
- Designs captivating ‘FIVE-Styled’ Graphics to enhance FIVE's online presence.
- Collaborates with the Public Relations Team to create Visually Appealing Assets for various platforms, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Conceptualises and Designs visually engaging Infographics to convey complex information in an Accessible and Appealing Manner.
- Creates and Designs PowerPoint Presentation Decks for Award Nominations, Town Hall meetings, and other Events and Meetings as required.
- Oversees Video and Photography Gear for peak performance, operating a range of cutting-edge tools from cameras to lenses to Ensure Top-Notch Results.
