**Position summary**

We are seeking a talented and creative Content Creator & Editor to join our team and help elevate our content presence in the MENA region. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for content capture and editing, which includes developing engaging video and image content that showcases our hotel's unique offerings, promotes our brand image, and drives customer engagement across social, CRM and web platforms.

This position is based in Dubai, UAE, and requires traveling predominantly across the MENA region, but with potential requirements to travel elsewhere globally to capture on property content for Hilton Hotels.

More specifically, you will:

- Capture and edit high-quality image/videos that highlight our hotel's amenities, guest experiences, and events that make The Stay uniquely Hilton.
- Create social-first, visually appealing content including photos and videos for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Collaborate with the senior social media manager to brainstorm always-on content and ad-hoc content.
- Develop and tailor content specifically for Arabic-speaking audiences, ensuring cultural relevance and resonance.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for hotel marketing teams, managing content coordination, assisting in content capture, and editing hotel assets.
- Provide best practices to hotels to capture their own content on property.
- Utilize video editing software to produce videos for different channels such as websites, blogs, and online marketing channels.
- Incorporate animations, motion graphics, and other visual effects to enhance video content.
- Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze the effectiveness of creative assets.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in social media marketing.

**What are we looking for?**
- Proven experience as a digital content creator and video editor
- Strong editing skills with impeccable attention to detail.
- Proficiency in photography and videography, with the ability to create visually stunning content.
- Excellent working knowledge of social media platforms, including their respective formats, audience demographics, and best practices.
- Fluency in Arabic and English, with strong writing and editing skills in both languages.
- Creative thinking and a passion for storytelling.
- Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or After Effects) is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong project management skills with ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders simultaneously.
- up to 50% travel locally within Dubai and more broadly regionally across MENA.
- Marketing Agency background would be advantageous
