Reception/Admin Duties:

- Answering incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as required
- Assist patients with booking appointments, check-in patients, obtain necessary information to file, update patient records, and ensure all forms and consents are completed by patients.
- Manage data in spreadsheets and reports
- Maintaining the company social media accounts
- Arranging post and deliveries
- Typing up letters and reports
- Updating computer records using a database
- Printing and photocopying
- Ordering office supplies
- Maintaining office systems
- Liaising with suppliers and contractors

Accounting Duties:
Monitoring and updating Accounts Receivable and Payable

Prepare, send and store invoices

Identify and address discrepancies

Keeping Organized Records

Payroll

Daily financial entries and reconciliations

Record payments and adjustments

Assist with basic HR duties like new hire documents, compliance, insurance and workers’ compensation filings

**Salary**: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Accounting: 1 year (preferred)
