Sales Coordinator Account Assistant

Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
- Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
- Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
- Can Use ERP System
- Prepare daily sales order, job order, delivery note, invoices,
- Keep customer record up to date like credit limit form and their license
- Coordinate with production department to get material on time
- Plan material delivery, material production to achieved monthly sales targets
- Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
- Ensure adherence to laws and sales policies
**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 36 months
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ras al-Khaimah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
**Education**:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
**Experience**:
- accounts assistant: 2 years (preferred)
- Sales: 3 years (preferred)
**Language**:
- English and Hindi (preferred)
