Passport to Beauty, an innovative global platform connecting beauty professionals with salons worldwide, is seeking a talented and motivated Beauty Recruiter who is fluent in both Russian and English. As part of our dynamic recruitment team, you will play a crucial role in discovering and attracting the best talents in the beauty industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- Independently search for and process resumes actively.
- Conduct online interviews and assessment tests to determine suitability.
- Manage, coordinate, and evaluate recruitment processes across various online platforms.
- Provide comprehensive statistics and reporting on recruitment activities.

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
- Fluency in both Russian and English.
- Excellent communication skills, with competency in professional speech.
- Active, goal-oriented, with a high level of attention to detail.
- Familiarity with the latest HR tools and platforms.
- High degree of professionalism, with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
